Our Quality Technician will prepare Quality Assurance shipping documents for submittal and shipment to customers, analyze and present data to managers and engineers for use in quality management and product improvement, and aid in root cause analysis for customer issues.
Salary:
Anticipated Pay Range: $70K-80K per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.
Essential Functions:
+ Use various software tools to submit product deviations to customers for approval (this will require working with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing).
+ Compile necessary information to create the shipment packages for various product lines.
+ Assist the Quality Engineer in root cause analysis for any customer issues or escapes.
