**YOUR ROLE**
As a Quality Supervisor on our team, you'll manage and lead the company's quality systems, ensuring compliance with the quality policy and customer requirements, and managing quality personnel.
In your daily job you will:
- Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF *****
- Coordinate the plant quality engineering team
- Develop core and technical competencies within the quality team
- Conduct 8D analyses with the quality engineering team to share with customers
- Ensure the implementation of effective and timely corrective actions
- Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as complaints, cost of poor quality, and customer scorecards
- Attend customer meetings
- Ensure timely customer responses
- Conduct analyses to address quality issues in the process and customer complaints
- Update the control plan
