**What you’ll do**:
As Quality & Return Manager, you will be part of Eaton's Norway office as valued member of local customer support organization. You will be responsible for the customer product return process and the quality system management, ensuring that all impacted goods are processes, reported and sent to the relevant Eaton sites for further investigation within the EU. Furthermore you will be handling quality system related audits followed by related actions (knowledge sharing, improvements, etc).
