Overview The Quality Operations Technician provides solutions to problems in the operations discipline without supervisory approval and will evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures and scientific procedures.
Responsibilities - Act as a focal point for relevant craft supervisors to access current information related to standards and codes, technical publications, inspection tools, and measuring instruments
- Ensure all inspection forms are off a standard format and completed monthly
- Maintain Quality records and relative Codes/Standards
- Focal point between facility/vessel and Administrative Office regarding the status of Corrective Action Register Issues
- Assist in establishing a process to measure non-conformances, i.e., production delays, unscheduled helicopter flights, redundant vessel movements, etc.
