A leading automotive seating manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join its operations in the Toluca/Mexico City area.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring product and process quality standards across the plant.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
- Drive APQP/PPAP processes with customers and suppliers
- Manage internal and external audits
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D)
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR)
- Lead a multidisciplinary quality team
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive quality (Tier 1 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
