Provide overall quality management from preconstruction to project completion; ensure project quality objectives and requirements are communicated and understood by all relevant team members including consultants and trade partners.
Oversee the development of project‑specific quality plans for design and construction; ensure all quality plans address project requirements, are consistent with EllisDon’s quality program and best practices, and roles and responsibilities have been clearly defined.
Proactively identify project risks and opportunities; help develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies including QA/QC measures and coordination with relevant technical resources and departments.
Manage, review, and coordinate trade‑specific Subcontractor Quality Plans (SQPs); ensure quality control and quality assurance measures are adequate for the scope of work and address project requirements.
