Demonstrate Leadership for quality and continuous improvement (CI) by personal commitment to Company’s quality and improvements principles contributing to enhance the quality and continuous improvement culture in Moss site.

- Assign resources to tasks.
- Mentor and ensure performance to expectations and compliance to procedures.
- Develop competence and skills supporting the strategic directions and Performance teams accountability.
- Follow up team personnel.
- Focus on driving the quality mindset and agenda in the Moss site organization, including Lessons Learned (capturing and sharing best practices across projects/locations).
- Drive Lean deployment as key enabler for waste elimination and CI in projects, at site or in supporting functions.
