Summary
Quality Inspector is responsible for locating and addressing errors in a manufacturing process that may cause poor product quality, performing the required quality intervention and measurement to ensure high degree of product quality in daily work operation, and reporting and analyzing product defects and process gaps to prevent future defects from occurring.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
Perform in-process inspection on multiple types of fabrication, welding and assembly of pressure vessels, piping, structural steel, and process/compressor equipment as defined and stated in the relevant inspection and test plans (ITP) and following Exterran’s Quality Management system requirements (non E&I).Perform incoming inspection for major components and other received material as defined in ITP or relevant receiving inspection plan and record / document verification.Perform weld visual insp...
