We have an 8‑month fixed‑term opportunity for a Quality & Improvement Analyst to cover parental leave. In this role, you’ll support improvements across operational performance, quality assurance, reporting and service provider invoicing within Network Operations.

You’ll work closely with a range of teams to solve problems, improve processes, and help ensure key operational work runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Improve day‑to‑day operational processes and ways of working
• Support quality checks, audits and performance monitoring activities
• Analyse data and reporting to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities
• Support service provider invoicing, including job capture, service entries and invoice processing
• Review outage information to ensure it is accurate, consistent and compliant
