Responsible for the overall administration of the Quality Program to ensures adherence to the procedures of Quality management system
Develop Project Quality Plan to cover all customer requirements to a level of detail necessary to assure integration within the Project Quality Plan.
Generates audit plan and conducts internal audits on project team and surveillance audit on contractors and make sure it meets the project quality KPI’s
Ensure that all audit findings on non-conformance findings/reports and punch lists are properly addressed and closed.
Raise quality observations and non-conformance as seen during inspection and follow up on the status of rework and close-out of NCR
Participates in Tender clarification meetings and package Kick off Meetings
Monitors status of contractor’s submission of quality documents and review and approval of Contractor’s ITP, PQP and quality procedures.
