Job Description Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
  • Maintain, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of audit findings.
  • Ensure proper documentation, control, and continuous alignment with regulatory and certification standards.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non‑conformities identified through audits and process reviews.
Supplier Quality Management
  • Develop and manage supplier quality programs to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
  • Perform supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs (e.g. defect rates, on‑time delivery, quality performance).
