Position Summary
The Quality Engineer / Quality Specialist will be responsible for customer quality support and quality management activities. This role will work closely with customers, production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer quality issues and provide timely responses to OE customers. Lead problem-solving activities for customer complaints and internal quality issues. Coordinate containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Prepare and submit quality reports including 8D reports and customer-required documentation.
