Directly report to the Quality Manager of the production plant.
Serve as the primary contact for one or more customer accounts, representing the company and communicating their needs and requirements internally.
Participate in defining the quality strategy and lead initiatives and work teams designed to achieve the specific objectives aligned with that strategy.
Lead the actions necessary to resolve and close quality claims or incidents related to customers, ensuring effectiveness and minimal operational impact.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Process Engineer, Internal Quality Engineer, or Customer Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
