Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inspection instructions for aeronautical structures and prepare all technical documentation (process sheets, visual work instructions, PFMEA).
• Define, update, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes aligned with design requirements, internal standards, and the industrialization of new products or design changes.
• Coordinate control plans with inspection points, KC/KD characteristics, and acceptance criteria, while implementing and monitoring APQP methodologies.
• Analyze nonconformities, lead root‑cause investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys, and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly, and inspection, and define the necessary tooling and equipment for product inspection and validation.
