In this position, you will get to:

• Deploy the nVent’s Quality Management System and Ensures it’s expectations and develops systems and performance objectives
• Drive proactive quality improvements actions in the internal process and subcons.
• Conducts daily process audits and collaborates with multi-functional teams for the actions
• Conducts Monthly and periodical ESD audits and ensure no deviations
• Conducts in-process quality checks and Finished products audits as per the sampling plan.
• Responsible to initiate the actions for the defects and get the 8D from the concern team
• Respond and drive rapid resolution to Customer issues through 8D or any other problem-solving me...
