Overview We are seeking a full-time Quality Engineer 2 in our Miramar, FL location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading small projects and/or sub projects in analysis, development and improvement of quality systems under general supervision of manager or mentor. Essential Functions Develops process FMEA, Control Plans, conduct capability assessment, and measurement systems analysis Analyzes and improves quality systems to enhance product and process quality and reduce cost Develops Inspection Reference Plans in support of RMI (as assigned) Conducts audits, documents audit findings and ensures closure of audit findings Analyzes failures and provides corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints Data collection, analysis, and dissemination including quality performance, cost and reliability/warranty calculations Demonstrates good communication skills in collaboration with Garmin associates and external customers Collaborates and adds value in engineerin...
