Responsibilities
Management of the concrete lab including testing and monitoring of the manufacturing process
Ensure compliance with mix design and job specification
Work directly with production managers on test results to aid in the production of quality ready-mix concrete
Proactively suggest improvements to current processes
Implement corrective actions when required, after consultation with necessary operational personnel
Represent the company in a professional, positive manner when dealing with internal and external customers
Additional duties as assigned
Technical Requirements 
Minimum two-year Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent experience in a Quality Control position would be considered an asset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings
Current CCIL / ACI certification for concrete testing, or willingness to pursue
