Responsibilities

+ Act as the primary quality liaison for customers on all matters related to assigned projects, providing clear and timely communication.

+ Drive resolution of customer audit findings and ensure prompt feedback and updates to customers.

+ Participate in customer audits, meetings, and inspections, both on-site and in the field, as required by project needs.

+ Ensure that all delivered products meet customer specifications, contractual requirements, and internal quality standards.
