Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspection & Diagnosis: Inspecting returned products (e.g., electronic, mechanical, or consumer goods) to identify defects, damage, or malfunction.
- Documentation & Reporting: Logging detailed findings on returned goods into the system, including photos, repair steps, and findings.
- Repair Validation: Performing, reviewing, or testing repairs done by technicians to ensure they meet technical standards and quality protocols.
- Customer Complaint Analysis: Investigating, documenting, and resolving customer service complaints to identify, analyze, and correct root causes of defects.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conducting investigations into why a product failed and providing feedback to manufacturing or engineering teams to prevent recurrence.
