Laboratory Assistant (Quality Control) required in Ledbury, paying £15.31 per hour, working 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating basis. Immediate start available. Candidates must be available to work for the full duration of the project through to the end of August. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on laboratory experience while supporting quality standards in a fast-paced soft fruit production environment.

Duties Include:
Carrying out routine laboratory tests and checks
Taking samples from production lines
Conducting fruit quality checks, including weight and Brix testing
Recording results accurately using SAP
Monitoring laboratory stock and supplies
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting production and quality teams as required
