Pay Range: $25.88–$27.83/hour (commensurate with experience)
At Professional Physical Therapy, we believe exceptional patient care starts behind the scenes with strong operational support, accuracy, and accountability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) to support quality assurance initiatives within our Revenue Cycle Operations team. This role is responsible for conducting quality audits, identifying trends, supporting staff and vendor training, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements, compliance standards, and internal quality expectations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
