A manufacturer of specialist pharmaceuticals are currently seeking a QC Chemist to join the team at their site in Guildford. The role will involve the QC Testing of pharmaceutical products. This is an ideal opportunity if you are a graduate (MSc or BSc) of a relevant scientific discipline and have some working experience, or an industrial placement/internship within in an analytical/QC role in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Role Overview

• Permanent Full time, 40 hours (5x 8 hour shifts per week mon-fri) Rotating weeks, week 1 start at 3AM, week 2 start at 5AM, week 3 start at 7AM. Some overtime on Saturdays.
• £33,450 starting salary.
• Routine Analysis of pharmaceutical products in line with cGMP and company standards.
• Utilise a range of analytical techniques and equipment including HPLC, GC, RTLC, LAL and Gamma Spectrometer , to name a few.
