Process/Operational

• To review & maintain laboratory testing equipment’s operational procedures.
• To examine the physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory parameters of fats and oils in different stages of handling and processing.
• To prepare different chemical reagents and solutions necessary for lab testing.
• To inform and discuss with QC Manager in case of any fluctuation in the quality of oils.
• To control the concentration of different food additives in finished products.
• To coordinate with process supervisors to maintain the in-process quality of oils.
• To ensure that the quality of finished goods are within the specifications.
• To coordinate with the Production Manager so that the type of oil being filled is matching with the packaging materials with correct date coding.
