The Quality Assurance RN is responsible for facilitating and leading peer review strategies and initiatives to achieve clinical excellence. The role skillfully combines a primary focus on clinical knowledge with an emphasis on performance improvement. This position requires knowledge and experience related to clinical practice with the ability to coach/teach colleagues toward success. Responsible to work with medical staff leadership utilizing data sets and information to identify opportunity and successfully mobilize clinical and other resources to achieve improvements.
