  • Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are adhered to.

  • Ensure that vehicles are built to MAN Automotive specification.

  • Manage the Quality Department at MAN Automotive – Bus Plant.

  • Determine, negotiate & agree in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.

  • Ensure the quality level of products in accordance with the MAN Automotive standards.

  • Ensure defined quality controls (line controls, incoming inspections, initial samples) are performed.

  • Implement supplier audits and support customer audits.

  • Organise and oversee incoming parts inspection.

  • Ensure that corrective action is taken and that deviations are reported.

  • Create quality initiatives to optimise processes.

  • Record, analyse and distribute quality related statistical information.
