JOB FUNCTIONS:

Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Performs and monitors quality checks in all departments to ensure defects do not occur.

Train operators on how to identify and prevent product defects

Train operators on quality checks and testing SOP’s.

Achieves SQF and HACCP certifications and trains New Hires to GMPs and performs annual SQF training with all employees

Works with operators to troubleshoot defects and determine correct course of action

Performs daily testing for customer products, as required

Determines and manages substandard product and raw materials (paperboard) determining what can/should be sold, sorted/reworked or scrapped

Enters Internal and Vendor (Raw Material) Complaints into non-SAP SharePoint

Manages quality incident investigation process to ascertain root cause(s) - for use in recommending preventive measures...
