Assist the QA Manager in daily running of the department, ensuring daily checks are in place and that necessary quality, safety and compliance are adhered to.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that daily quality and safety checks are in place, checklists completed and submitted to reporting officer for reference and follow-up
Execute and monitor procedures related to daily production
Monitor process flows and ensure its compliance to established parameters
Evaluate the services of sub-contracted service, for example pest control, cleaning contractors, etc.
Plan and monitor shelf-life studies for current and new products
Attend daily briefing with operation and action plan for improvement
Assist with customer complaints or feedback and when microbiological limits have been deviated
