Ensure full adherence to customer quality requirements and applicable regulatory standards
Coordinate and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities to obtain and maintain product certifications
Plan, prepare for, and support customer and supplier audits to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Lead root cause investigations and drive timely and effective closure of CAPA / 8D
Manage customer quality issues, including complaint handling, RMA analysis, and failure investigations
Prepare, review, and present comprehensive 8D reports to customers as per agreed timelines
Compile and present weekly and monthly quality performance reports for management and customers
Lead or actively support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving product yield, and enhancing overall quality performance
