In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Accurately set up, manage, and maintain the Emerson document repositoryCollaborate with quality and production teams to develop, review, and maintain procedures and work instructionsTrack and monitor key quality metrics to support data-informed decision-makingSupport training efforts by helping team members understand procedures, standards, and work instructionsAssist with documentation related to service requests (SRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests (CARs), and related processesPartner with quality and customer service teams to support customer feedback and complaint resolution processesCreate presentations using Word and PowerPoint, and perform data analysis using tools such as Excel and AccessSupport internal audits and quality system reviews as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment
