As a Site based Quality Advisor , you will be embedded within the project, site, and quality teams to ensure all construction and installation activities meet strict project requirements. You’ll champion a proactive quality culture on site and oversee the effective implementation of the Quality Management System. This is a hands-on role combining inspections, audits, and records management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site quality inspections and monitor contractor work during construction of wind turbines, earthworks, foundations, access roads, and drainage systems

Verify and track site testing and installation records

Review and ensure adherence to contractor deliverables

Conduct material inspections and manage handovers

Organise and attend punchlist walk downs; verify punchlist item close-outs

Participate in contractor and supplier audits

Manage non-conformities and assist in resolving quality issues
