Scheduling and planning internal and external audits across all AHM approval areas (AMO, CAMO, DOA, MTO, ATO)
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely availability of records, personnel and facilities for audits and inspections.
Act as liaison between Quality & Aviation Safety team and operational departments for audit preparation and response coordination.
Establish and maintain a Certifying Staff database inclusive of qualification, experience and training records. Ensure the training records are regularly updated.
Prepare company approval certificates for successful applicants and issue approval stamps accordingly as well as ensure accurate records.
Support in tracking open findings, corrective actions and verifying closure evidence, ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain a register of all publications issued to the Quality Department and ensure currency of all manuals.
