ROLE OVERVIEW The Qualitative Testing Program Manager owns the end-to-end qualitative copy testing program for Content Development team. This role sits at the intersection of research operations, content quality, and cross-functional collaboration — ensuring that writers, editors, and key stakeholders have the insights they need to produce content that is clear, resonant, and effective for enterprise audiences. This is not a writing or editing role.
