The Qualitative Research Analyst supports the delivery of expert-driven qualitative research projects. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and assessing experts across industries to provide clients with high-quality insights. Analysts play a hands‑on role in recruitment, outreach, compliance checks, and project delivery, ensuring every step reflects Green Minds values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Recruitment

• Execute expert recruitment strategies using Green Minds database, LinkedIn, Boolean search, email, and cold/warm calls.
• Assist in interpreting project briefs and translating them into recruitment targets.
• Ensure all expert outreach follows company protocols, including compliance and sensitivity checks.
