Minimum 3-5 years' experience in service/maintenance of electrical/mechanical equipment; Wind Turbine experience preferable
Computer and software skills for data collection and reporting, especially within MS Office
Daily reporting to the Lead Supervisor and Service Manager
Ensure that the company fulfills its obligations in relation to the contractual terms (OMS/WMS) with specific focus on keeping the availability and the key performance indicators
Ensure and encourage colleagues to prevent and limit failures on the turbines
Keep expenses in daily work as low as possible
Proactively report any possible improvements and innovations to the Lead Supervisor and Service Manager
Optimize availability, reliability, and sustainable performance of the facility
Optimize daily tasks to achieve the best possible efficiency of the team
