Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs on heavy plant equipment and commercial vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulic systems, and electrical faults.
  • Maintain and repair equipment including:
    • JCB TLBs
    • Sany Mobile Cranes (mechanical components only lifting gear maintained by specialist contractors)
    • Toyota Trucks (3-ton to 10-ton)
    • CAT Equipment including skid steers and rollers
  • Conduct fault-finding using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential mechanical issues before failures occur.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
