Study the client drawings for the project structural and architectural layout and prepare the bill of quantities for waterproofing works as per project specifications.
Prepare estimated quantities and costs of materials, equipment and labour to determine project feasibility, evaluating material estimates based on theoretical plans and actual on‑site necessity; review all project contracts from pre‑ to post‑contract stages.
Take all actual measurements for all UAE projects of AMIM.
Arrange joint measurements with the quantity surveyor from the main contractor.
Obtain approval for site measurements from the client or contractor.
Follow up payment certificates from the contractor.
Prepare monthly progress invoices along the highlighted drawing and approved MIR/WIR; prepare shop drawings, slope layout and all required drawings.
Update daily material reports and progress reports.
