            Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and look into their training and guidance 
Supervise QS on project progress claims, subcontractor claims, EOTs and Variation Claims 
Liaise with departments, clients and authorities on submission, audits and compliances matters 
Deal with subcontractor for proper contract management, resolve disputes 
Support PM in contract administration and cost control 
Prepare monthly progress reports on claims and pricings 
 Requirements  Degree in QS or equivalent 
Min 10 years’ relevant experience, out of which 2 years in Management level, in construction project value of at least $300 million and above 
Experience with international construction projects in the Nearshore Marine Development, Land Reclamation sectors will be preferred 
Good knowledge of tendering, project cost control, monthly reporting, earned value analysis, estimation and cost analysis...
