            Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team across multiple construction projects 
Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control 
Review and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and tender documentation 
Manage interim payment applications, client billing, and final account submissions 
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and certify subcontractor payments 
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VOs), claims, and contractual correspondence 
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and company procedures 
Monitor project budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and improve commercial performance 
Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Consultants, and Clients 
Review project progress and provide commercial advice to the project team
