Your Task

  • Document Management : organization, classification, archiving and monitoring of documentation related to the QHSE department. You will ensure that both the documentation (instructions, procedures, manuals, and records) and the communications generated by the QHSE department are correctly classified, archived and accessible, as well as knowing the status and traceability of the same.
  • Preparation and processing of documents and communications : create and manage internal documents, such as emails, non-conformities, HSE incident reports, quality records, or PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support in the creation of internal documents, such as procedures, manuals, reports, flowcharts, PowerBi reports.
