Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team of 5 engineers; own delivery quality end-to‑to‑end.
• Define test strategy, quality gates, and metrics/reporting cadence.
• Design and govern automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Playwright; enforce standards and CI/CD integration.
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for client stakeholders; communicate status, risks, and release readiness clearly.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to validate critical business workflows and compliance‑sensitive test scenarios.

Must‑Have Requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years in QE/Testing, with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Team Leadership: Proven track record leading teams of 5 or more.
• Robot Framework: Keyword/data‑driven design, custom keyword libraries.
• Playwright: UI automation in TypeScript or Python, CI integration.
