Role Purpose To facilitate and assess learners enrolled in the National Occupational Certificate: Food & Beverage Service Attendant (ID: ) learnership, ensuring practical workplace readiness, service excellence, and compliance with CATHSSETA/QCTO requirements. 2. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for waitron learners
• Assess learner competence in both theory and workplace performance
• Guide learners through structured learning and workplace application
• Conduct formative and summative assessments aligned to unit standards
• Maintain accurate learner records, POE documentation, and attendance tracking
• Coach learners on service standards, customer interaction, and operational readiness
• Monitor learner progress and provide continuous feedback
