Job Description
As a QC Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality control and laboratory functions essential to maintaining food safety and quality assurance within our manufacturing processes. You will engage in a balanced role, providing 50% focus on lab functions and 50% on production support.
Responsibilities

+ Perform microbiological analysis of products, water, and environment to support the Pre-Operation sanitation and HACCP program.

+ Collect samples accurately for product testing, including energy drinks, sweetener samples, raw and treated water, and sanitation rinse water.

+ Conduct analytical testing on energy drinks, such as CO2, air, volumes, crimp, torque, pH, brix, flavor, and seam checks.

+ Perform titratable acidity and HPLC analysis for caffeine and preservative levels in products.
