QC Inspector Department: Quality Control / Manufacturing
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality, preventing defects, and assisting in timely problem resolution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inspection standards and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities - Perform hourly in-process X-Ray buyoff to ensure product compliance
- Record, monitor, and maintain accurate inspection results and quality data
- Identify and report abnormalities to the Engineering Assistant for further action
- Support manufacturing teams in diagnosing issues to prevent recurring defects
- Control and segregate non-conforming products to prevent further processing until disposition is determined
- Strictly follow Work Station Instructions (WSI) at all times
