- Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and QA/QC audits to ensure clear communication between all parties. - Translate technical documents, reports, and quality-related materials accurately between Japanese and Indonesian. - Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of QA/QC documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards. - Act as a liaison between the local team and the Japan Head Office, facilitating smooth coordination, reporting, and communication. - Assist in conveying quality standards, procedures, and feedback from the Head Office to relevant local departments. - Help ensure that quality-related information is properly documented and communicated across both languages to avoid miscommunication.
