Responsibilities:- -Conduct QAQC daily checks -Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department -Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors -Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors -Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department -Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements (in accordance to BCA's Good Industry Practice & approval from the clients and consultants) -Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments. Act as the primary quality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC matters and addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring. -Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction methods comply with CONQUAS specifications, providing guidance on quality protocols and rectifications or even conducting relevant training as needed.
