Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for aluminium and glass works.
  • Conduct rigorous factory inspections of fabricated elements, curtain walls, windows and doors against approved shop drawings before dispatch.
  • Perform site inspections during and after installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
  • Prepare and submit Method Statements, Material Submittals and QA/QC reports.
  • Manage third‑party testing (e.g., water and air infiltration tests) and coordinate with consultant inspectors for WIR approvals.
  • Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience specifically in the aluminium, glass, and facade industry, preferably in the UAE.
