Bose is expanding its engineering presence in Lisbon, and quality will be a foundational part of that growth. The QA Manager – Bose Lisbon will grow and lead a high‑performing Quality Engineering team responsible for validating our consumer electronics products – including headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, and home theater systems. You will establish a strong, credible QA organization in Lisbon that partners deeply with global engineering teams. While global product teams retain release ownership, this role is accountable for ensuring the Lisbon QA team delivers high‑quality validation, clear product insight, and trustworthy test results that inform release decisions. This role goes beyond managing test execution. You will define how quality is executed within the Lisbon organization and across Bose Global – setting clear standards, building scalable processes, and creating an environment where engineers and QA operate as true partners.
