            Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards. 
Reviews the project-specific quality plan, inspection, and test plans, check-sheets, method statements and related procedures. 
Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project. 
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. 
Conduct inspections, audits, and testing for materials and workmanship. 
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality-related matters. 
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports. 
Implement corrective actions for non-conformities. 
Completion of the necessary documentation to verify the work performed and full control of QA/QC documentation works. 
Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented. 
Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
