            Key Responsibilities  Assist in quality checks  on raw materials and finished products. 
Support food tasting sessions  and help monitor key control points in production. 
Help with safety and hygiene inspections  in the central kitchen and outlets. 
Assist in keeping records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety . 
Support the team during internal and external audits . 
Join in food incident investigations  and follow-up actions. 
Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program . 
Learn and help with microbiological testing  (food samples, environment, hand swabs). 
Provide general admin support  and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 
 Job Requirements  Pursuing tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. 
Meticulous, organized, and independent.
