You will work closely with internal teams and external clients, acting as the key point of contact during the onboarding and testing phases of project delivery.
As an Integration Specialist, you will manage and perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and readiness of our platform integrations. You will guide clients through the testing and launch process, troubleshoot issues, and drive successful outcomes.
